In order to create your treatment to your ideal needs, on arrival we will ask you to complete a lifestyle questionnaire. This enables our team to understand any specific areas of concern that you may have, such as particularly painful muscles or aches and pains to work on during a massage. It also allows them to organise any aftercare which may be needed after your treatment.
